    I felt an uplift of positivity after reading this post and applaud RingCentral for their open exploration and engagement with future thinking, and engaging their team in such open conversations. Some specific highlights were:
    • Acknowledging the customer. Sounds obvious but many companies start with growth of the income as a start point. •Multi generational customers and workers are here to stay and bring many benefits to business . Exciting next generation digital communities communities have been encouraged to set up in such places as Porto Santo, Madeira, Barbados, Mainland Portugal and Barcelona.
    • Good leadership. Too many models exits concentrating on top down or bottom up. Simple leadership based on engagement throughout the company and all feeling part of something special together. .

    Our world needs forward thinking, positive organisations now who work well together.
