CIO: Gen XX surpasses gen XY

There’s Interesting news from Canada. The CIO Association of Canada has released the results of its recent salary survey. And shock horror, women CIOs are paid on average more than men. That remains true whether bonuses are considered or not considered.

This is worth reflecting on….

High EQ men will understand what is happening here. Low EQ men will reach for the calculator with a view to discrediting the results. Very low EQ types will rush to the data centre to run the results through some stochastic calculus algorithms in order to prove this was nothing more than a random fluke.
