What is Artificial Intelligence (AI)?

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the capability of a computer system to augment or automate sensing, decision-making and action, enabling organisations to operate with greater speed, scale and adaptiveness.

From an intelligent organisation perspective AI is a misnomer because even neuroscientists don’t understand how intelligence works. A better, but less catchy name, is artificial artificial intelligence (AAI).
