What are Assets?

Assets are anything an organisation can draw upon to create value and improve its viability or vitality. They include physical, financial, human, digital and intangible resources that contribute to organisational performance.

Brand in particular is an important asset as it shapes the perception of the organisation’s ability to create value.

The Intelligent Organisation recognises the importance of treating cognition, governance and stakeholder management as assets.
