What is business cognition?

Business cognition describes the organisation’s ability to sense what is happening in its environment, decide what action to take and then act in a timely manner.


It is currently popular to focus on artificial cognition (AI) to the detriment of natural cognition (people).


Cognition management is a critical characteristic of an intelligent organisation.
