What is a Cognitive coach?

The notion of the cognitive coach builds on the Intelligent Organisation idea of the cognitive athlete. In essence, leaders and managers become coaches who are less focused on value extraction and more focused on nurturing their talent, knowing that the latter benefits all stakeholders.
