What is Immune system?

An organisational immune system detects, contains and responds to threats without undermining the organisation itself. It combines governance, cybersecurity, risk management and culture to protect long-term vitality.


An overactive immune system can sabotage initiatives that are necessary for the organisation’s ongoing viability, vitality and value.  This is typically because individuals or groups are threatened by how the might be affected by the associated changes.
