A local authority governs and delivers services within a defined geographic area. As ecosystem orchestrators they increasingly depend on collaboration across public, private and community actors.


Intelligent local authorities use their proximity to the citizens to develop a nuanced understanding of their needs. They also work with central government to ensure both policy making and centralised citizen services are aligned with reality.
