What is natural intelligence?

Natural intelligence refers to the intelligence that humans bring to the table. This is often underutilised in organisations that treat people as factory resources.

Many leaders are not particularly interested in natural intelligence but are captivated by artificial intelligence (AI).

Intelligent organisations harness the natural intelligence of their people and further augment it with AI.
