Organisational intelligence

Updated: Sep 4
What is Organisational intelligence?
Organisational intelligence is the capacity of an organisation to behave more like a living system than an inert process machine.
An intelligent organisation can sense what is happening within and around it, make effective decisions and act in ways that create value while maintaining its viability and vitality.
This intelligence does not reside in technology alone. It emerges from the combined capabilities of people, AI, data, structures and processes.
