What is Organisational intelligence?

Organisational intelligence is the extent to which the organisation behaves like a living system rather than an inert process machine.


Intelligent organisations use their intelligence to sense, decide and act in a manner that creates value, whilst maintaining viability and vitality.


AI has an important role to play as do people.
