What is Polymodal?

Polymodal means to have multiple modalities.

Intelligent organisations are polymodal by design. Each mode represents a different business model with its own offerings, financial model and go-to-market approach. As such an intelligent organisation is a portfolio of businesses.

Removing the reliance on only one business model increases the intelligent organisation’s viability. This is becoming increasingly important as the world becomes increasingly  uncertain and volatile.
