What is Leadership?

Leadership is the system that enables an organisation to establish direction, make decisions and adapt its behaviour. This is not to be confused with leaders, who play a contributory role in the leadership system.


Intelligent organisations focus more on developing the leadership system than placing some big bets on a handful of individuals.
